  • What are your pricing plans?
    We are the only pay-as-you-use service for mental health practice management and EHR/EMR software. We charge 25 cents (US$0.25) per appointment. There is no minimum volume requirement on our platform. E.g. if you have 20 appointments per month, you will only pay $5 for that month. If you take time off, there will be no charges on the platform. Your data remains secure even when you are not active. Whether you are starting a new practice, going part-time, or have a busy solo or group practice, we are the best affordable option on the market for you.
  • Do you offer a free trial?
    Yes, we offer a standard 90-day free trial.
  • Is there a setup fee?
    No, this is a self-service platform and does not incur any setup charges.
  • How long does it take to implement the software?
    We are a Software-as-a Service (SaaS) platform and therefore do not have any implementation needs.
  • Do you offer data migration services from my existing system?
    We are unable to import data from other systems into Yoli.
  • What core features does your software offer?
    No subscriptions or minimum cost – only pay-as-you-use 25 cents per appointment! Scheduling, billing, electronic medical records, secure messaging with document uploads, practice reports, online assessments, therapist directory listing, AI generated notes, supervision module, unlimited therapists per practice, unlimited interns and pre-licensed clinicians, unlimited admins, patient portal, unlimited patients, multiple practices, online intake form, unlimited document upload and storage for therapists and patients.
  • Is the software HIPAA compliant?
    Yes, Yoli is HIPAA compliant, and all data is encrypted at rest and in transmission.
  • Does your software integrate with other tools I use?
    Yes, Yoli offers integrated payments through our partner Stripe and telehealth through

    Yes, if you can browse a website, you can use Yoli!
  • Do you offer training and support?
    Yes, we offer live support during office hours and offline support in off hours. In addition, we hold a weekly video-conference office hours where you can come and ask any questions about the software or practice management with our staff. We also have training videos available within the software for you to watch to learn how to use various features.
  • How does your software handle appointment scheduling and reminders?
    Appointments can be scheduled easily within our system. We send appointment notifications emails to therapists and patients.
  • Can I manage patient intake forms electronically?
    We have a built-in electronic intake form. In addition, you can add any additional forms, policies, or instructions when you send out the intake form or at a later time. We offer unlimited document upload and storage for each patient.
  • Does your software allow for secure communication with patients?
    Yes, we have secure HIPAA compliant messaging available on the platform.
  • How does your software handle billing and insurance claims?
    We manage all payments via stripe. You will need to set up a stripe account or use an existing stripe account from within Yoli. For insurance, we offer superbills for out-of-network billing. We currently do not offer insurance claims filing.
  • Can I generate reports on practice performance?
    Yes, we have comprehensive practice management reports available.
  • What measures do you take to protect patient confidentiality?
    We encrypt all patient data at rest and during transmission. We use state-of-the-art technologies to ensure that patient data is secure and that our system is HIPAA compliant.
  • How is my data backed up and secured?
    All data is backed up on a daily basis and kept secure with our cloud service provider.
  • What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
    Data is archived for 7 years as required by several state and federal regulations. If you need to re-open your account, you may do so by contacting Yoli. We do not charge for archived data.
  • Does the software offer features for progress notes?
    Yes, we offer the ability to record all progress notes and also allow you to use raw notes to generate SOAP notes using our AI generated content module.
  • Can I store and manage clinical assessments within the software?
    Several clinical assessments are built into Yoli. You may load any additional documents as needed.
  • Does your software support teletherapy sessions?
    While we support HIPAA compliant at this time, we can support the use of any other teletherapy software that you may already use e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc. Please note that many teletherapy platforms are not HIPAA compliant.
  • Is the software mobile-friendly?
    Yoli is accessible via the web browser on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices and does not require any other software installations. You just need a browser and an internet connection to use Yoli.
  • Can I customize the software to fit my practice needs?
    As Yoli is SaaS software, all features are standardized for all therapists.
  • Do you offer customer support?
    Yes, live chat, phone, online, live weekly support meetings, and video tutorials.
  • Is the software suitable for solo practitioners or group practices?
    Yoli scales with your needs. Whether you are a solo provider, a small group practice or a large practice, Yoli offers the same features to all our therapists. There is no limit on the number of therapists, employees, interns, admins, or clients on Yoli.
  • Can I add multiple practices to Yoli?
    Yes, in Yoli you may create an unlimited number of practices as needed. All practices use the same login, so you don’t have to memorize multiple logins.
